IMPORTANT: THERE IS NO RECEPTION ON TUESDAYS. My experience with this place was horrible. So horrible that I can't even comment on the apartment, as they left us on the street after almost an 8-hour drive.
Communication via the Booking.com chat from "Residence les trois Domaines" was practically nonexistent, simply a response that the arrival time I provided at check-in would be reviewed.
It was a predetermined message indicating that if I arrived outside of check-in hours, they would leave some keys in a locker. Since I didn't receive a negative response about arriving between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, it's assumed there's no problem since it falls within their regular business hours, EXCEPT TUESDAYS. It would have been nice if they had specified this in the automated message they sent me.
Furthermore, they never sent me any codes, nor did they respond to any messages I sent them, nor did they ask anything a few days before arrival.
Once at the door, not knowing what to do,
we called the number on the door and on the website countless times, and there was no answer.
I can't imagine what to do in a life-threatening emergency.
After getting in touch with Booking.com, which was also very complicated, they relocated us to another hostel.
We never received a reply from Pierre Vacances, nor any justification or apology.
They certainly made us have a terrible time, as we were running out of battery and one of our phones couldn't even connect to roaming, so we were desperate to find another place to stay almost at 7:00 PM.
A very bad experience with the help we received.
