At the end of June/beginning of July we had an excellent stay at the resident Pierre et Vacances la Baie. the studio is functional and particularly clean. household equipment is sufficient. Reception staff are available and maintenance staff are responsive on request. Serious staff.
Planning to return in the fall.

Very well located residence, allowing you to walk around Les Sables d'Olonne on foot and easily attend the Iroman competition.
The furniture is a little dated but the accommodation fulfills the contract and the terrace makes it pleasant

I arrived around 11 p.m. and my key was waiting for me in the trunk. I was able to check in the next morning after a good night's sleep.

I was there as part of Ironman.
Apartment 1 km from departures and arrivals. A little more for the transition zone.
Elevator ok for 1 bike

Beach, restaurants, bakery, drugstore 50 m away

Station a little over 1 km away (I went there carrying my bike in its bag + my suitcase)

Top staff for customers.

Apartment including everything necessary to be comfortable.

I recommend it and would come back!
