- With Flexible tariff : free cancellation without conditions with the flexible tariff availble on a selection of residences and arrival dates

- For Covid reasons :
You want to cancel your stay due to government policy restricting movement related to Covid-19, which prevents you from getting to your holiday location because:
- your holiday residence or village is now closed during the period for which you booked
- restrictive government travel measures prevent you from visiting your residence or village due to:
     o lockdown in your home or holiday town
     o the closure of the border between your home country and the country you were due to travel to
     o the government in your home country has recommended avoiding travelling to the region where your residence or village is located
- You or a person travelling with you has tested positive for Covid-19 following a RT-PCR test. You will be asked to provide medical documentation about your test.
- You must observe a quarantine period stipulated by a doctor. You will be asked to provide related medical documentation.
In the specific case of UK nationals who have booked a holiday in a residence located in Spain or France, the modification admin. fees will be wavered for as long as the UK government imposes a two-week quarantine period on anyone returning from these countries.
