The hotel was generally nice for the price point. However, the room appeared quite worn down, and the hallways and ski lockers showed signs of frequent use. The rooms feature a kitchenette with a stove and microwave oven, but lack a regular oven. The walls, both within the apartment and between apartments, were thin, allowing for significant noise transmission from neighboring units. While the beds were adequate, they were too small for individuals taller than 190 cm, though the mattresses were comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful, promptly addressing issues such as a problem with the kitchen sink. However, we had a negative encounter with a technician who initially indicated that we would have to pay for the sink repair due to food ending up in the water lock from cleaning activities. Fortunately, this was not the case, but it was a strange experience.

On a positive note, the location is excellent, with direct access to the slopes from the ski lockers. Additionally, the hotel lobby hosts a small shop where guests can purchase groceries, and the walk to the town center is manageable.

Nice affordable hotel/appartments so that skiing is not just reserved for the elite. Excellent location and good views from the balconys.

Rooms were dirty .There seems to be a problem with the English people.We left today at 2 am and in the lobby were maybe 20 English people,drunk and yelling,girls crying in front of the hotel,another guy peeing on the walls outside.They also yell during the late hours and throw their rubbish everywhere

The location is exceptional but that's the only reason worth paying for.

The rooms haven't been well maintained and still exactly the same as 25years ago. Terras doors don't close and open in the middle of the night when it's windy, the window isolation rotten, lifts broken... And even to use the luggage room you need to pay extra for.

If you are unlucky to have some students next door, forget you'll catch some sleep.

The staff is friendly but for P&V Customer satisfaction on this location is clearly not the highest priority. The whole complex urgently needs maintenance and refurbishment.
