My main complaint, I was there from March 30 to April 1, when I arrived at the hotel I was told that I had to pay a deposit of 200 euros. Until now everything is fine and correct, I have been waiting for 3 days for the return of that deposit that supposedly It would be automatically credited to my bank account and this was what they told me at reception and there is also no way to contact the place. I have called the phone number and I get no answers and there is no email with Pierre and Vacance Residence Le Sequoia .
The room was not clean, it had a bad smell.
And the person who serves you doesn't speak much Spanish.

My experience has been very pleasant. I admit that all the shops were closed when we were there, we couldn't buy even a Coca-Cola and the road was not suitable for travel due to so much snow, but we brought food with us and everything was great. But a vending machine at reception wouldn't hurt. But very happy

I love it, we have repeated several times and we will continue to do so, the perfect apartment with everything you need to spend a few days, ideal location, at the foot of the slopes, and the kindness of the person at the reception, helped me with everything I needed.
