Great location but of a maze to find room . All areas outside of room very clean and presentable. Our room was small perfect for two, well equipped cozy mood lighting. Bed linen clean towels fluffy . We found all the staff to be helpful gave us a tour. Car parking underground i think it’s no parking on the ones with posts as it all says private. Pool area lovely and clean jacuzzi clean a little on the small size. Across the bridge a small supermarket and butchers and bakery. Access to slopes is a five min walk up hill manageable to the ski escalator then an easy run to the bottom of the merrible slopes and lifts. Returns catch the free bus up the hill lockers heated . Definitely worth staying again

The staff are friendly and try their best to accommodate requests - Moved our apartment half way through our stay to a bigger one. Responded quickly to request for in-room repairs and replacing missing kitchen items.
Good location. Good boot room. A little confusing finding way around the complex.

Be aware, Not a 5 Star Establishment. Washing machines are all broken. Hotel offer to clean my. clothes. Two days waiting and after patience run out, they deliver my clothes on a poor plastic bag all humid saying that the dryer don't work, leaving me without clothes. The front desk staff is complete untrained in handle the problem, the mix clothes form other owners, they give me another person clothes. A complete disaster. They don't even have a budget to buy a new washing machine after weeks of failure. Horrible service. When you have a problem front desk staff star taking very poor english.

This is not a 5 stars, it's 4 tops.

At checkout you will be asked to clean the kitchen and dispose of the trash, but YOU DO NOT have to do that; There is no Fee and no contractual obligation. I asked the reception where that was stated, and they said that they didn't know, and that it was just something the managers asked them to request from their guests, which is outrageous considering the daily rate.

Location is good and cleaning of the place is algo good. Swimming pool, sauna and hot tub are great.
