This four-storey beachfront residence with a lift offers air-conditioned apartments with a furnished balcony or loggia.
All the upstairs apartments have a sea view with a terrace or ...loggia. Ground-floor apartments have a small garden and most have a view of the sea.
The Les Jardins de la Côte d'Azur residence is located less than 100 m from two little beaches and near the marina.
