It's not a bad place. Apartment was roomy but lacking basic tooling like a toaster and bread plate. Also we arrived in the morning and check-in was at 16h00. Be aware. Easy access to both bridges.

Regarding the check-in process, we aim to accommodate early arrivals whenever possible, but as our official check-in time starts at 16:00, we encourage guests to contact us in advance if they wish to arrange an earlier check-in, which is subject to a fee and availability.

If you leave your room like this, they will charge an extra 30 euros for "extraordinary cleaning service".

They replied to my review and said we left the room as "deplorable" and "everywhere was full of food". Please send photos to me and I will share them with other people. I want everyone to see what caused to spend an hour extra cleaning here.

When I look this picture I see a normal room cleaning which you should do after your every clients' checkout.

And I have to add this they dont reply your emails after their charge, it is a one-way transaction you can't get from them.

It is indeed our policy to charge for extraordinary cleaning services when a room is left in a state that requires additional efforts beyond our standard housekeeping procedures. Regrettably, the condition of the room on your departure was deplorable, the table and kitchen were full of food and the trash was left behind. Causing the housekeeper to spend over an hour just cleaning the kitchen.

We do hope this clarifies the situation.

No reception service during the night and no security service either. No safe place .

It is extremely noisy specially during the night.

The rooms are quite old and smell bad. It is necessary to change all furniture.

The positive point is the staff. Extremely nice.
