We're pleased to hear you found the apartment roomy and enjoyed the convenient access to the bridges. We appreciate your feedback on the availability of kitchen tools. While toasters are not a standard item in our apartments, we offer them upon request at the reception, free of charge, to enhance our guests' comfort. Regarding the check-in process, we aim to accommodate early arrivals whenever possible, but as our official check-in time starts at 16:00, we encourage guests to contact us in advance if they wish to arrange an earlier check-in, which is subject to a fee and availability.

It is indeed our policy to charge for extraordinary cleaning services when a room is left in a state that requires additional efforts beyond our standard housekeeping procedures. Regrettably, the condition of the room on your departure was deplorable, the table and kitchen were full of food and the trash was left behind. Causing the housekeeper to spend over an hour just cleaning the kitchen.
We do hope this clarifies the situation.
