Excellent location in middle of Chamonix, self catering facilities are good and saves spending a fortune eating out each day. Service is friendly and good, swimming pool and ski lockers provided.
We have stayed here a few times and would say furniture and decor is getting a bit worn, but it is still good value.

I cannot imagine 4 star hotel to reject giving you toilet paper and to tell you to buy yourself. It's unacceptable 4 star premium hotel to provide 2 bathrobes for 6 people! Extremely disappointing service

This is truly not a 4* hotel. It is absolutely not premium! All the apartments are very tiny, you enter the room and you fall on the bed. There is no space for luggage nor for equipment. We have rented apartment for 6 people and we are 4 and there is not enough space even for 4 people!!!!
Not to mention that we have only two bathrobes for 6 people and on the reception told me that there is no way to give me more, because they only give 2 per apartment. This is ABSURD! What is more, there is no hotel sleepers. Also there is a working time of the reception and also the SPA… WHAT?!?! You don’t work from 12pm to 3pm? Why?!
Also on the reception there is a sink and dirty glasses and when you ask for water they tell you to pour yourself some from the sink in the dirty glasses… We’ll NEVER visit this place again!

Great location, great view, clean and very quite residence. Now the bad parts, parking was free on the booking while we was charged at the reception, a deposit of 300 euros was asked from the reception to be help before we get the apartment keys! Nothing was mentioned on my booking account. In addition the heating system was very low i believe around 19 degrees and when we asked whys that they said is a government law. We was feeling cold during the night with temperatures below zero. I hope this review helps you have a general idea.
