We've stayed in P&V apartments in lots of resorts so we know what to expect - they are basic, but functional - and these compare favouribly - the bedroom in the 1 bed apt to sleep 4/5 is larger than in other resorts, and the double sofa bed was comfortable enough - although it would be cramped with a 3rd person in the bedroom. Room 303 had a great view over the kids/beginners area and village below. 90% of ski/boot lockers annoyingly a floor lower than the piste, so need to go up some stairs to get to the slopes, but ski-to-door still worked well for our family - short ski down to ski school, and easy to ski home at the end of the day from most of the ski area and the Folie Douce. Skiing back to the apartments has been improved on what I had read in older reviews - it's on piste and easy. Great bakery and Pizza restaurant really close in the opposite direction to the main village, and the main village shops/restaurants/bars really aren't far- I think the location is fantastic! Reception were really friendly and helpful whenever we spoke to them.
