Regarding the bar service, our rooftop Calpe Diem and lobby bars offer a relaxing space and are staffed to serve guests throughout the day, with hours extending until 00:30. We apologize if there was any inconvenience during your stay. Additionally, while we do not have tea and coffee making facilities as standard in all rooms, we are glad our team could assist by providing a kettle for your comfort. We take note of your feedback regarding dinner service, and we'd like to mention that our restaurant offers a range of dining options during the high season. Lastly, it's a pleasure to be a pet-friendly hotel and we're happy Spot felt welcomed too.
