«Good facilities, good location, great skiing»

Had a really enjoyable holiday - would definitely go back. The hotel staff were very friendly, the quality and cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the location is extremely handy for skiing, which is right up to the door.
Great property and location, true ski in ski out! Staff are wonderful too ...... only downside is the most uncomfortable lounge furniture after a lounge ski day! Can live with that as everything else is just amazing.
The accommodation was a good size and clean, but the service from the staff at the residence was non-existent. In fact they could not have been more unhelpful at times if they had tried. No information was given unless asked for, and small requests were met with a rolling of eyes and much sighing by one particular receptionist.

Actually, I apologize if you felt bothered or disrespected by our staff but I can assure you that if it happened it wasn’t on purpose. All we want is welcome you in perfect conditions and offer you the best stay possible. Our top priorities are your welfare and your satisfaction, and we do everything we can to be at your entire disposal, no matter what you need or no matter you ask.
I take note of your remarks however and you can be sure that all our teams will have a meeting in order to prevent this kind of exceptional situation.
I am glad, however, that you appreciated your cozy and comfortable apartment with its balcony, its lovely living-room and its fully equipped kitchen. Plus, I hope you appreciated the village around you with all its commodities, the spa of the residence and, of course, the direct access to the slopes.

Highly recommended Luigi's as an end of skiing meeting point. Great service and amazing staff.
We opted for a half board package, overall disappointing. Wouldn't do it again. Had to try it.
But would definitely be back to 1950
We have been to this resort many times and we are never let down and always really enjoy the holiday. All the residences are easily accessible from the slopes and the accommodation is first class and the service is excellent. There are also a number of shops and restaurants in the town but if you get tired of these 2000 is only a short and free gondola away. Unlike other operators (EdenArc for one) Pierre provide TVs which have most British channels.
