Lovely apartment in a great location. Loved the spa too. Had a wonderful family holiday.

The accommodation and resort were really great. We were very happy with the apartment we were allocated, we had loads more room than we were expecting possibly given a better room than the package we expected. We were really happily surprised to have a dishwasher! The reception staff were really lovely and friendly and answered our questions very informatively. Ski in/out and local shops, bakery and restaurants made the holiday really easy and convenient. The pool and sauna area were great. We would definitely return and will highly recommend. Thank you.

Wood stain is very dark in Jardin de les cascades. The lighter stain in Hameau de Glacier is more pleasant

Great help. Moved to the same room we had last year after we requested it just after check in. Steam room amazing.

The accomadation is fabulous. The only negative inside the apartment were the pillows. They were too soft even with 3 piled on top. The ski to door element was wonderful. No carry of skis for long distances made the stay so much easier. The bars and restaurants were great, though very expensive but that is normal in ski resorts. I went to the outdoor pool and hot tub a few times. The water could be a bit warmer and it would be nice if there were adult only sessions. I wanted a relax in the hot tub after skiing and was met by about 8 children throwing snow in it. The wellness spa was lovely though. It is 37 euros for 2 hours but was worth it. I booked a massage and you get and hours use of the spa included. A brilliant week and would definately come back. We got Eurostar and train to resort. Although a bit longer than flying it is relaxing and worked out a lot cheaper ( no charger for transfer if using the funicular and shuttle bus)
