Located in a quiet district above Juan-les-Pins, this charming residence comprises two buildings 100 m from one another. An attractive location, allowing you to enjoy the ...waterfront vibe, the festive atmosphere of the Côte d'Azur, and a peaceful residence.
You'll be staying in a tastefully decorated and air-conditioned apartment. And you will certainly feel at home here. You can eat your meals on the balcony. Residents of the Lavandes building will have the pleasure of swimming lengths in the small pool, open from June to September. Residents of the Mimosas building can use the pool at the Mas de Tanit from June to September.
Into water sports? The beach is just 800 m away. The town centre can be found the same distance away. You'll find lots of shops and restaurants here, along with plenty of entertainment.
Every day brings more opportunities to discover something new or visit Cannes or Antibes.
