      Port-musée de Douarnenez

      Dedicated to seafarers, the sea and boats, the Douarnenez Port Museum will inspire you to put to sea. Visit the temporary exhibitions at the Port Museum devoted to working or pleasure boats from all over the world and all periods.

      The models, actual boat, photographs, or drawings on show are all excellent means of discovering the lives of sailors on board and in ports. Come and discover the current exhibition!

    • Village de Locronan

      Village de Locronan

      Built on a former place of pagan worship, the village of Locronan retains all the charm of a small town as well as an atmosphere where a deep religious feeling pervades. The village developed around the sailcloth industry, and today the past is well preserved, particularly in its beautiful Renaissance granite houses. The church of Saint Ronan is also worth a visit with its pointed arches, ancient statues and a stained glass window dating from the 15th century.

      Discover the 16th century Pénity chapel and the tomb of Saint Ronan, as well as the many antique shops and craft shops in the village.

    • La pointe du Millier

      La pointe du Millier

      La pointe du Millier is located by the Iroise sea, to the north of Cap Sizun. It is a place for strolling and hiking, which lets you contemplate the west Brittany shores.
      At the end of this cape, you can see the Millier lighthouse, which backs onto a small keeper's house. Built in 1881, its lantern is located 34 metres above sea level.

      Aquashow

      Come and enjoy a day's sightseeing at Aquashow! This unusual outing comprises the Cité aux Oiseaux (City of the Birds) and an aquarium.

      Aquashow's falconers propose a show featuring birds in open flight. Just above the crowd's heads the birds of the Goyen estuary, diurnal and nocturnal birds of prey and the great cormorant perform an aerial ballet for the viewing pleasure of the spectators below.

      In addition, Kids and grown ups are invited to meet the residents of Brittany's waters. The big pool features large rays and an impressive bull shark. Then there is the touch pool, and the 3D cinema, where kids can learn and have fun whilst being plunged into the Caribbean Sea.

    • Cap de la Chèvre

      Cap de la Chèvre

      The Cap de la Chèvre is located on the southern point of the Crozon peninsula. Cliffs, covered in moors and long sandy beaches, renowned with surfers and closed to swimmers, overlook the west coast.

      Other wonders to see from the Cap de la Chèvre: the bay of Douarnenez, the Bay of the Dead, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon (from afar) and even the cave of Charivari only accessible by boat during the spring tide.
