Elpro Snowmobile - Belle Plagne
Get on board for a snowmobile adventure at dusk or sunset! Either alone or in a pair and after some quick training on using the snowmobile, take to the marked trail to discover the highest resorts in the region. It's a chance to see the mountain from a different perspective and enjoy rare views, at the heart of the plateau des Leitchoums. Behind the wheel!
Bowling Bar de Belle-Plagne
The Belle-Plagne bowling alley is suitable for all levels, even children, thanks to the bumpers that guide the ball to the pins every time. The complex also includes a games room, including a pool table, a pinball machine, a simulator and table football in summer. You can also enjoy a drink while watching sports events: rugby and football matches, motorsport competitions, extreme sports and skiing, of course.
St-Martin Basilica in Aime
Built in the eleventh century on the foundations of an early Christian church, Saint Martin Basilica in Aime, an ancient Benedictine worshipping place, is admirably preserved evidence of the finest Roman art. The apse preserves exceptional murals from the twelfth and thirteenth centuries. Latin inscriptions and frescoes from the twelfth century decorate a triumphal arch. A place full of history and ancient tradition.
Versants d'Aime activity centre
This 1.3-hectare lake, in the middle of a lush green haven, is the ideal destination for a day trip or a quick break. It is located along the greenway linking Aime to Bourg-Saint-Maurice.
The surrounding lawns are set up for various activities: a children's playground, sports courts (volleyball, basketball, petanque), barbecues and picnic tables. The site won the Pavillon Bleu (Blue Flag) label for its high environmental quality.
Enter a fantasy world where silence reigns supreme and where ice is the medium for art of a different kind. A visit to la Grotte de Glace in Bourg Saint Michel is a chance to sample something completely different. You'll marvel at the giant sculptures and be astounded by their purity; indeed they are reminiscent of lumps of precious stone. There is a new theme every year, resulting in impressive, original creations.
