Excellent value for money. Quality amenities (including pool and parking). Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Well-maintained common areas.

The complex is OK with a pool and private parking
In return for my host Manuel not even a star!
The check-in was scheduled for 3pm the room wasn't ready until 3:45pm
The details about the check-in were really hard to come by ??? and only after many phone calls
The exact address wasn't given, the parking spot wasn't specified, the access codes weren't given!! So Mr. Manuel from 208 staircase 3 you have ZERO stars from me!
I left three days early total discomfort in a small apartment without AC, unkempt!! ???

Horrible place! An old room with falling apart furniture! The bathroom stinks, we paid over 300 euros a night for this nightmare! There is no modern air conditioning, only an old one with a pipe facing the street! The apartment administrator is rude, unfriendly, never smiles, and constantly dissatisfied! We were woken up during the day because she said a pipe had burst in our room and we were drowning the neighbors, although we didn't see any water. On the day of departure, we agreed with Airnbnb to check out at 12, but at 11, they barged in without asking, opened the door, and started yelling at us to get out. I've never seen such rude behavior in my life. They come in like they're at home, not sorry, not sorry, they yell, and when we checked out, they even told us we had to clean up, we were in shock!!!! Horrible place!!!! Never come here!!!!

Très bon emplacement , appartements aurait besoin de rénovation,dans l appartement pas de climatisation porte fenêtre ne se ferme pas ect ... on rentre comme dans un moulin

Nous sommes heureux de lire que vous avez apprécié l'emplacement de la résidence, un véritable atout pour découvrir la Côte d'Azur et profiter de ses nombreux centres d'intérêt à proximité.

Nous prenons en revanche bonne note de vos remarques concernant votre hébergement. Les logements de la résidence n'ont effectivement pas encore bénéficié de rénovation et ne disposent pas de climatisation. Nous comprenons que ces éléments aient pu impacter votre confort, tout comme les difficultés rencontrées avec la porte-fenêtre.

Pour un prochain séjour, nous serions heureux de vous accompagner dans le choix d'une résidence plus adaptée à vos attentes. Plusieurs résidences Pierre & Vacances de la Côte d'Azur proposent en effet des hébergements rénovés et équipés de la climatisation, un critère particulièrement apprécié durant la saison estivale.

Nous espérons malgré tout que vous avez pu profiter du cadre agréable de la destination et des richesses de la région.
