«Vacances en famille»

Nous avons séjourné dans ce club en famille pendant 1 semaine. L'accueil est décevant, voir glaciale, le personnel n'est absolument pas aimable que ce soit à la réception, comme au restaurant. Seuls points poisitifs, les hébergements qui sont très confortables , très propres et qui correspondent au descriptif, ainsi que l'animation. La 1/2 pension, quant à elle, est à éviter car elle est vraiment très onéreuse pour au final une cuisine digne des pires cantines d'entreprises... Last but not least, tout est payant : l'accès au tennis, les parassols, les transats, etc. c'est une honte!!! A savoir, le club est aussi un camping avec au total une capacité d'accueil de plus de 5000 personnes, une usine à gaz... hyper bruyante!!! Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement au regard des prix pratiqués.

Dear Guest, we apologize for not answering on your native language. Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We appreciate every information our guests are willing to share with us. Even though we are happy to read that you enjoyed the accommodation provided as well as in our animation programs, we are sorry to read that certain aspects of our service did not meet your expectations. Accept our apology on behalf of the colleagues who gave the impression of being uninterested in their work and behaved somewhat unprofessional. We assure that this is not our standard level of service. We are constantly educating our staff in order to communicate with our guests more professionally and to improve our overall guest's relations quality. We will share your impressions with the members of our team in order to ensure higher satisfaction of our guests. We are putting a lot of effort into the improvement of our half board service, and we sincerely regret to hear that it was not at the same level as the rest of the resort's offer. This year, for example, our half-board restaurant went under reconstruction part of which was the improvement of our half board offer. We are sorry to hear that the mentioned left a less positive impact on your overall holiday experience, and we will share your remarks with our Food&Beverages Manager in order to make sure needed improvements are done as soon as possible. Concerning the additional payments, the swimming pool complex, animation programs for all age groups, various playgrounds including the one with climbing nets are included in the price while deck chairs, beach umbrellas, diving, sailing, horseback riding, tennis, mini-golf are charged extra. We are sorry if this decreased the quality of your stay. Even though your experience was not completely a positive one, we still hope to be able to earn back your trust on your next visit to Zaton.
