Pésimo servicio, nos han intentado cobrar la fianza por "suciedad" Cuando la verdad es que estaba todo impecable, nos han intentado tomar el pelo y hemos salido 2 horas y media tarde.
Ideal for family stay. The residence is close to the esf and the ski lesson gathering, ski rental and the supermarket.
Access to the slopes via the other P&V building. Access to the heart of the village by elevator, 10 minutes.
Good volume rooms for 1 station (apartment 6/8 people)
Downside for the weakness of the equipment: filter coffee maker, no oven or microwave function (which in fact is too small), absence of coffee cups, bowls and water glasses in too small a quantity (5max).
Reception and organization of housekeeping to be reviewed: at 5 p.m. the rooms are not ready despite the commitment displayed while many customers leave in the evening/night. The cleaning ladies are overwhelmed. The accommodation is generally clean but you should not look at the details (eg the top of the lamps in the bathroom or bedrooms).
Mixed review
The location at the foot of the slopes is ideal. The apartments are quite functional and quite well equipped (double bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, hair dryer, towels and sheets, etc.)
On the other hand, cleanliness is not up to par: stained bedding, dust in every corner, dishes to be rewashed, very dirty windows, toilets not clean, hairs in the bathtub...
The sound insulation is catastrophic. From the rooms you can hear everything that happens in the corridors (not ideal for post-ski naps or lie-ins on vacation)
We also hear all the noises from upstairs.
