Appalling!
My reservation was cancelled by the hotel an hour before check-in with no alternative offered. Seven months pregnant, I now have to drive two hours back home!

Everything is great. The rooms are clean, the heated pool is lovely, and the staff are very welcoming! A special mention goes to Charlotte at reception who is always smiling, attentive, and kind, even with children!

I highly recommend it.

Quality furniture, perfectly suited to the number of people.
Excellent bedding.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
A complete baby kit (travel cot, baby bath, high chair, and changing mat).

P.S.: We accidentally broke the filter coffee maker, and it wasn't deducted from our deposit. This was a very kind gesture that we greatly appreciated.
