Perfect location with a splendid view of Douarnenez Bay.

I highly recommend it.

This residence is well located, even if it's not the premium type suggested by the name on the sign. It's quiet and pleasant to stay in.

The rooms are clean and well-decorated, but the beds are rather narrow (about 80 cm).
It's also worth noting that the seafront is to the north, situated in a cove, but on the north side, there's no sunset view from the balcony.
That said, the sea view is lovely and relaxing.
Regarding the parking lot directly opposite the residence, it's convenient, but we would have preferred an access control panel (like those found in other residences) to enter the access code. Here, you have to get out of the car every time (which is annoying when it's raining).
Furthermore, there are a few missing services at reception, such as a vending machine for food or essential items, which would be very useful.
That said, we received a very warm welcome from the hostess, and her explanations were clear. Another point about the pool: it's easily accessible and conveniently located in relation to the accommodations, either by stairs or elevator. However, the advertised temperature of 28 degrees Celsius doesn't reflect reality; it's lukewarm, even cold for those sensitive to the cold. The air is warm, but the water isn't! Other P&V residences do better.

The pool is quite large, but there's no hot tub, sauna, or gym.

The location is good, with restaurants nearby, but no bakery or mini-market. However, there's a Leclerc supermarket 1.5 km away.
The Wi-Fi is good, and the accommodations are well-equipped. Overall, it's a good place to stay. The main advantage is the peace and quiet; the opportunity for relaxation and walks in the surrounding area are, in my opinion, the best things about this residence.

The property is showing some signs of age and could do with a refresh. The apartment, designed for four people, was quite cramped, even for two, and the bedroom was particularly small.
However, the accommodation was clean and had a beautiful sea view, which was very welcome.
The pool area, while pleasant but located quite far from the apartment, deterred us from fully enjoying it.
The reception staff, for their part, were very friendly and helpful.
