Dear Sir or Madam,

We are very sorry that you were unable to travel to Switzerland due to illness. However, we never charge tourist taxes in advance, but always ask for them on arrival.
Our cancellation policy is admittedly quite strict, but this is announced at the time of booking.
However, please send us the invoice for the tourist tax you had to pay and we will gladly refund it. This is certainly a mistake.
