I had a serious car accident the week before our departure to Guadeloupe, multiple fractures to the vertebrae in the sternum and heart affected. I am currently still in the hospital. My husband contacted the hotel booked through Expedia on what was supposed to be a wonderful trip. They agreed to refund and submitted a cancellation request to Expedia themselves.
