«Lovely new property»
Excellent property very close to restaurants and beach. Sea is warm (June) the only drawback stony beach. There are some lovely walks in the area and a very efficient bus and rail service. The hotel staff are efficient polite and very helpful. The purchased wi if is excellent.
«Great hotel close to Monaco»
Great concept, a green sustainable hotel. The apartments were super clean and well furnished. Kitchen with all you need was very modern and a Nespresso machine! A balcony and just 50 meters from the sea. What more could you ask for? Monaco is a 1,50€ bus trip away, but Cap Martin is also very nice. i can really recommend this place. Use the underground car park, Cap Martin has next to no parking. it's extra but easy.
«Great for families.»
This is a great place if, like us, you hate trapsing tired irritable teenagers to restaurants every night whilst they sit and sulk in their iPhones. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a spotless wet room and well equipped kitchen. The balconies are large with a dining table and chairs making al fresco dining easy and pleasant. Beds are comfortable and very big! Plenty of storage space and I really felt like I'd moved in after a few days!! Flat screen HD TVs with tons of channels and excellent free WiFI (for those sulky teenagers!!) Just s few gripes. The apartment is dark so if possible request an apartment higher up on the side facing the hills. The pool was too cold to swim in and didn't feel as though it was heated... Even on a day it was 25 degrees. The reception isn't open much so make sure you remember your key code to get in. Lifts are slow and one was was out of order most of the time so get used to the stairs. Take plenty of towels as you will have to pay a fortune to change them. Having said that there is a fantastic little launderette in the building which is coin operated. The apartments are just around the corner from a delightful pebble beach with a stunning view stretching to Menton and Italy. There is an excellent boulangerie around the corner and a great, cheap beach bar called Cocody, serving great simple food with a view of the sea to die for. It's a quiet resort although that's perhaps just because it wasnt quite high season. Would say if you are looking for a simple, comfortable base near to the sea and all the action of Monaco and beyond this is good base. Avoid the coastal road to get there as traffic very bad in the early evening. Bus direct from Nice airport will have you there in less than an hour and is just one minute from apartment. All in all a great place and good value for money. Will return!
«DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY»
This is a 2 star property masquerading as a 3 or 4 star. The phone didn't work and the manager didn't care, the wi-fi was horrible, the shower went all over the bathroom floor, no curb or door. They have no one on duty after 7:00PM so if there is an emergency your stuck. There is no clock. All in all it is a joke. If you pay more then 100 euro per night you will be sorry. Better yet stay somewhere else even if it cost more
«Normal living on the Cote d'Azur»
The floors could have been cleaner and the water ran out from the shower area. The kitchen was really well set out and equipped. The cleaning kit was much appreciated and made things easier. Overall, this was a sensational property, modern, well equipped with comfortable furniture and surroundings. The pool was a welcome and fantastic oasis. Lucky that we brought beach towels - perhaps pool towels in the apartment could be added to the equipment.
