A very disappointing establishment despite its premium rating.

We stayed at the far end of the building, in an apartment with no direct sunlight, and both the terrace and the room were infested with mosquitoes. The staff told us we should have requested a sunny room when we booked! ��
We requested a discount due to our unsatisfactory stay. Until our departure, the manager wasn't even on site, according to the same person, who is clearly a joker in this digital age.

We're still waiting for the manager's call and the discount ��. As for the very noisy cleaning staff, it's quite embarrassing for a French group founded in 1967 and an establishment located on the Franco-Italian border to hire staff from outside the EU. Instead of promoting eco-friendly practices that only serve to reduce your costs and therefore the comfort of your guests, hire local and buy local!

In short, an establishment to avoid.

As usual. No complaints. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful week. The staff were exceptionally welcoming; the two people we met were incredibly kind and attentive. The property is comfortable and well-located, with easy access to the beach, shops, buses, and trains, making it easy to explore the area without a car, whether on the Italian or Monegasque side.

I highly recommend this residence and we will be back next autumn!

We had an exceptional family holiday over the All Saints' Day break!

The residence is ideally located, at the start of the coastal path and just steps from a lovely beach and all the shops. The apartments are spacious, very clean and comfortable, and the staff are wonderful!
