Le Coeur Équestre des 3 Vallées is open year-round, offering different activities depending on the season. In winter, head off on horseback to discover the snowy peaks. With children, try pony sledging, an activity that promises plenty of laughter for very little effort! But the centre's speciality is skijoring, an ancestral sport that consists of skiing along mountain paths, but pulled by a horse.
With the arrival of warmer weather, you can enjoy hiking, mounted games, obstacle courses and many other activities.
Located in the commune of Allues, on the western fringes of the Vanoise National Park, the reserve stretches from Lake Tuéda to the Gébroulaz glacier, passing through the Saut refuge. Come and discover an exceptional protected natural environment which stretches from 1650 m to 3153 m in altitude over an area of 1112 hectares.
This reserve, managed by the Vanoise National Park, has several strong points:
- Swiss pine
- Linnaea borealis, a small, discrete plant that no longer exists in France other than in just a few places
- The black grouse, a bird typical of the mosaic of habitats present at the edge of the forest
- The marsh located near the entrance to the reserve.

You can also enjoy billiards, table football and video games between two games. Theme nights are also frequently organised.
