Un lugar muy acogedor y muy bien cuidado, cerca de las pistas para ir caminando , muy buen trato , volveremos seguro.

Hotel de apartamentos con hasta 3 habitaciones ideal para grupos, con muy buena comunicación a las pistas de Méribel y les 3 valles, buenísima atención del personal, disponen de parking por 21€ día.
Tiene piscina, sauna, baño turco y jacuzzi incluido en el precio de la habitación, tienen el cobro de la tasa turística que no es elevado unos 10€ por 3 noche en pleno diciembre.
Totalmente cuidado y limpio.

A good experience, however, for a 5 star..... I find that certain services leave something to be desired.
Parking is paid, and not just a little, in addition to the paid week.
Only 3 charging stations for electric cars, one of which did not work during the week.
Still for the parking spaces with the electric terminal, people left their cars parked for 4 days without leaving space for others, the people in the residence did not seem busy in moving these people, despite a request to reception to keep us informed when the terminal would be repaired or a free space, no one called us back.
The swimming pool where there is also a jacuzzi, hammam and sauna, the jacuzzi is too small for the number of people present per day in this space.
The swimming pool has an unpleasant surface where injuries are inevitable with the addition of steps or walls in the water without distinction of color, when you swim for the first time be careful of your knees and your arms!
Then no supervision, so people doing anything, staying in the jacuzzi for hours, jumping, splashing in the pool.....

On the other hand, the bedding is perfect, duvet, pillows too.
The apartment we stayed in was very comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen, the staff encountered in the corridors were adorable.

Very good stay during the Easter weekend. The residence is great. Very well placed for access to the center of the station via the footbridge.

We have been coming for the 4th year and we are still satisfied with the service and the quality of the premises and the staff at Hevana Premium. A big thank you to Fabien for all his involvement and kindness but also to the whole team. As always everything was perfect. Don't change anything!
