We stayed for 8 days and had a very pleasant stay. The welcome was excellent: a friendly, professional, and helpful team.

The accommodation was clean, functional, and well-equipped (dishwasher, kettle, microwave, air conditioning, etc.). It's also very well located, right across from the beach, which is a real plus.
The only slight drawback was that the accommodation was a little small for a family of four.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and we recommend this establishment. Thank you to the whole team for their hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay in St Mandrier sur Mer. The residence is superb and ideally located. The staff are lovely and always available to answer our questions and recommend nice places to visit. The maintenance worker who unclogged our toilet was also very kind.

The only downside, and it's a significant one, is that while dogs are allowed, there are no designated areas for them. Also, the ground below the residence is mostly concrete, making it difficult to walk.

I highly recommend it.

A very pleasant stay, quiet residence, just steps from the beach, close to shops, and a very convenient, inexpensive waterbus for visiting Toulon and the surrounding area without needing a car. We will be back.

I booked the apartment for 5 people, but there were only 4 of us. And for 4 people, the apartment was too small. The beds weren't suitable for adults. We had good days, but very difficult nights, because all three of us slept in the same bed.

La résidence Les Jardins de la Côte d'Azur est appréciée pour son environnement, sa situation sur les hauteurs de la Méditerranée et les magnifiques panoramas qu'elle offre sur le littoral.

Nous comprenons néanmoins que le logement réservé n'ait pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes en matière de confort. Les appartements proposent différentes configurations afin de s'adapter aux capacités d'accueil annoncées, mais nous regrettons que l'espace disponible ainsi que les couchages ne vous aient pas permis de profiter de nuits plus reposantes durant votre séjour.

Le confort de chacun est un élément essentiel, et il est dommage que les conditions de couchage aient contrasté avec les belles journées que vous évoquez.

Nous espérons malgré tout que vous avez pu profiter des nombreux attraits de la destination, entre mer, soleil et découverte de la Côte d'Azur.

A wonderful week in this extremely quiet residence, ideally located between two small beaches, one with a tree (much appreciated!). The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and right on the seafront. The bedding was comfortable.
You need to take the elevator from reception to the residence's garden, and then a second one if your apartment is on an upper floor.
The covered parking is very difficult to access, and the spaces are very narrow. A Peugeot 308 barely fits, and you have to get out through the trunk. It's best to park on the street.
To get around, we used the waterbus. A 10-trip pass costs €1, otherwise it's €2 per trip to Toulon, much more convenient than driving.
The Util supermarket at the foot of the residence is excellent. It has a wide selection and good value for money. There's no need to go any further.
