Close to the ocean, in a quiet location yet just a few minutes by bike from shops. Underground parking where the car remained for the entire stay. The apartment was perfectly equipped and very comfortable.

Clean and very well-located residence, close to the sea and not far from the supermarket (less than a kilometer). Friendly and welcoming reception.

Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, very friendly welcome, lovely heated pool, just a stone's throw from the rugged coastline. I highly recommend it.

Superb 4-day weekend in Loire-Atlantique!

We spent four nights here in May. We had a two-bedroom apartment for two adults and two children. We appreciated:

- The location between La Baule and Le Croisic;

- The beds made upon arrival;

- The apartment being more spacious than other P&V properties;

- The underground parking;

- The bicycle parking close to and visible from the apartment.

We did not appreciate:

- Hearing the upstairs neighbors walking in their apartment;

- The patio door that doesn't close properly and is poorly insulated;

- No possibility to charge an electric car;

- The extremely long wait for hot water;

- The overall rather run-down condition.
