genial al lado de la duna, la cocina bien, no tenía horno pero era suficiente,los baños estaban bien, teníamos bañera, preferimos ducha.
Estaban de obras, aún y todo nos parece que tiene muy buena pinta

Disappointed!

We rented a two-bedroom apartment the first week of August, and the experience wasn't up to par, especially considering the price (€2,500 per week).

Cons:
• Upon arrival, we were surprised to see that most of the apartments in the building are equipped with combination lock boxes...
• The apartment, although renovated (fresh paint, some shabby chic), remains old and poorly laid out.
• Very impractical for 6 people:
• Tiny bathroom, no shower curtain
• Toilet so narrow that it's hard to close the door
• Small, creaky double bed with a very hard mattress that breaks your back
• No wardrobe and little storage
• People sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room have no space for their belongings
• Very small and poorly equipped kitchen:
• Basic utensils missing for cooking for 6 people
• Inefficient stovetop and microwave, which heat with difficulty. • The refrigerator control knob is broken, numbers illegible
• No extractor fan
• Dishwasher too small for a family
• The residence is located at the very end of the South Beach in Lacanau, a little out of the way:
• Good for surfers (direct access to the surf area)
• But to swim, you have to walk 2 km to the central beach or the other end of the South Beach.

Positive points:
• Clean residence, well-maintained common areas
• Friendly staff
• Large terrace with sea view (or pool view depending on the apartment)
• Outdoor parking included
• Pleasant seaside resort with shops, restaurants, and entertainment

In summary, this apartment may be suitable for a family with two children, but definitely not for six adults. For this budget, you can find much better accommodation elsewhere.

Unmaintained accommodation, very small for 6 people, very small bathroom, very dirty dishes, elevator broken after 2 days with disabled adults, shame because beautiful environment close to all sea and shops, we will not return to this lousy residence!!!!
