Los apartamentos están bien. Algo pequeños pero cumplen su función. Cocina equipada. Lavaplatos. Lo usual en las cadenas Pierre etc vacances. Está ubicado al lado de las Antilles de Jonzac. Cómo huésped tienes acceso libre a las piscinas. Piscina climatizada aunque podría estar un poco más caliente. Tiene otras zonas a 35 grados. Hotel rodeado de naturaleza con muchos senderos x donde pasear. A unos minutos andando del centro. Supermercado grande a cinco minutos en coche. Ideal como base para luego ir a visitar sitios cercanos como Cognac o La Rochelle.

The site is pleasant because of its large expanses of greenery, its woods and the river.
On the other hand, we didn't like the residence that much. The accommodation is generally clean and the bedding is comfortable. The staff is pleasant.
However, the simple curtain forced us to get up every day with the sunrise, which is unpleasant when we already fall asleep late due to the mess of certain neighbors (and animals) which lasts until noon. The evening.
The walls with the neighboring accommodations are very poorly soundproofed and the noise of chairs/moving from the upper accommodations is unbearable.
Although prohibited in the accommodation, cigarettes are unfortunately allowed on the balconies, preventing us from enjoying the terrace or the open window even though the weather was magnificent.
Well, we regret having ended our stay more tired than when we arrived.

We had a superb week of vacation: good value for money.
Beautiful discovery of the town of Jonzac and its surroundings (La Seugne).

There were 5 of us (4 adults and 1 child) with 2 dogs: the apartment is functional and well located, a bit in the "countryside" which made our doggies happy, numerous walks. Small park for children (swing and slide) for the little one (4 years old) + a leisure center 10 minutes away with several activities, great! We took the guided canoe trip on the Seugne.

A big thank you to the reception who made us feel very welcome and informed for our arrival as well as for our departure.

The service is great, all the staff are very professional.

Located 10 minutes from the city. (night market ect...)
Shops nearby.
We went to Royan beach for a day (50 minutes from the sea).
We visited Jonzac Castle with a top guide!
The West Indies of Jonzac are also great!
I recommend for those who want to experience great adventures.

Great pools and jacuzzi, perfect place for children and all ages!
