Apparently new structure, but with very, very dated rooms, filthy to say the least and dilapidated!
Without air conditioning and without any way to create dim light because they only have glass! The most total degradation...
Not very convenient for reaching all the most famous places on the French Riviera (minimum distance 1 hour)!
Streets poorly or not at all lit!
The place is also disappointing... apart from the sea there is nothing!
Bad choice!

Superb place, feet in the water. Nice snack bar overlooking a beautiful swimming pool; the food is very good and the staff are really friendly! We will return there with our eyes closed.
