Dear guest, I want to thank you for choosing our residence Les Balcons de Bellevarde for holidays in Val d’Isère resort. I take note of your TripAdvisor comment however and I am so sorry about the inconvenience you experience at your arrival. Indeed, I apologize if you struggled to get access to our residence, considering our parking was full and that you had luggage to carry. I want to precise however that to check in and out your luggage, we do authorize our guests to park in front our entrance and then, later, park the car where there is a spot available. As you said, we do ask our guests to book their parking lot before their arrival, especially because we don’t have enough space for everybody. This is written in the Services section of our website and our teams are entirely yours to help you getting information about this service and booking your spot. About our staff by the way, I assure you they are entirely yours to offer you the best stay possible and even if opening hours of our reception didn’t suit you, know that they please a great great majority of our guests considering that between noon and 4p.m. they are outside enjoying slopes, hiking trails or facilities in the resort. I hope, despite these inconveniences at the beginning of your stay, that you enjoyed your holidays in our residence and especially in your comfortable, warm and lovely apartment in a charming holiday village perfect for winter sports in the heart of Val d’Isère/Tignes.
