Estancia genial y entorno inmejorable.

Estuvimos en esta residencia durante el verano para hacer rutas de montaña en la zona de Val d'Isère durante una semana y quedamos satisfechos con este alojamiento.

La residencia está en La Daille, una especie de barrio o pueblo independiente de Val d'Isère, aunque está cerca (se puede ir a pie) o bien tomar un bus gratuito (navette).

El personal de la recepción es amable y el check-in fue sencillo y rápido. Creo recordar que no fue necesario realizar el clásico état de lieux (inventario).

El apartamento esta renovado y lo encontramos bastante limpio y ordenado. En cuanto a equipamiento, no echamos nada en falta.

El aparcamiento de la residencia está compartido con uno de los aparcamientos públicos de pago de Val d'Isère (La Daille).

Como nos quedamos una semano en verano en el establecimiento nos dieron unos pases de Val d'Isère con los que podíamos coger gratuitamente los remontes y teleféricos además de tener acceso a otras actividades y algunos descuentos.

En general me gustó bastante el sitio y su ubicación. De hecho, pensando en el esquí, sería un lugar que tendría muy en cuenta ya que está frente a un telecabina y el funicular de La Daille. Además ese sector de Val d'Isère está pegado a Tignes, con lo que se puede cambiar de dominio rápidamente.

Well-maintained residence, warm and pleasant welcome throughout the stay.

We stayed at Les Balcons de Belvedère for the second time.

It is exactly what we are looking for. A good base for many trips. At a reasonable price.

Bus stop right outside the door.
Spar opposite the residence. This one is expensive, though. There are some larger, cheaper supermarkets in Bourgh St Maurice (Lidl, Super U).

But we still went to the SPAR every day.

The residence has a bread service. Pick-up starts at 8:00 or 8:30. The start time was too late for us.

The apartments themselves are a bit dated. But nowhere annoyingly old.
Please note: all apartments have carpeting! So keep this in mind if you are sensitive to it. We did vacuum every day.

Spacious balconies. However, there are no comfortable cushions. That is exactly the difference compared to a slightly more expensive accommodation.

The reception staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Big thumbs up ?

What makes it even nicer is that you can borrow tennis rackets, a Petanque set, or a Kubbs-style game free of charge.

Free parking garage under the residence.
PLEASE NOTE: the maximum clearance height is 1.90 m.
So with a roof box and a slightly taller car, you will quickly reach this limit!

I've been staying at this property for many years. Excellent location, wonderful views of the mountains and Val d'Isere. Never used a car. Free shuttle service in front of the residence. Two free ski lifts, well-marked trails.
The residence staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
