Residence deserving a refresh of functional accommodation but very far from the premium as indicated in the advertisement. Bathroom from another age, rusty shower cubicle, horrible old-fashioned decor, dirty traces of blood from crushed mosquitoes on the ceiling, household appliances that make everything trip.... Residence extremely noisy, the outdoor parking: you have to use your elbows to park.... Only the aquatic area is a nice swimming pool. Outside, beautiful terrace, shame about the vegetation, certainly flowery but not maintained, which deprived us of a strip of 80 cm and very high: loss of brightness, a green wall. Very disappointed if I have to return to this region, I will check with the competition.

Booked a standard apartment.
We were offered the first floor, better than the garden level. The terrace was super large, but unusable in extremely hot weather, and there was no umbrella to cool it down. A shame.
A very long-time Pierre et Vacances customer, the hostess and manager gave us a jar of olives to thank us for our loyalty, emphasizing loyalty.
For once, we would have appreciated an upgrade to the second floor, especially since several apartments were available, rather than a jar of green olives.
Indeed, after sending several emails to customer service, we had a nasty surprise: not only did Pierre et Vacances never reply, but they also didn't send us a satisfaction survey for our 11-night stay in early July.
Probably because they feared a poor rating.
In short, it's a shame that Pierre et Vacances treated us like this this year, as if we were a nuisance.

I didn't like my room because it was out of the way and on the ground floor overlooking a poorly maintained forest. There were also quite strong smells in the corridors that the reception attributed to the thalassotherapy centre in the room. There was no or very little storage space for the belongings of four people. I asked for a room change and was told OK, but you have to pay, no compassion, no goodwill gesture. Honestly, I advise you to choose another establishment, Pierre et Vacances, because this one wasn't great at all.
