Our second stay at the Pierre & Vacances Hyères Le Port residence, located in an extremely pleasant setting. Our apartment benefited from maximum sunshine. We hope to return next year!!

Despite an ideal location (the port nearby, with all the necessary shops and several beaches within walking distance)... I must say that the apartments are in a state of disrepair that is hardly acceptable in 2026, with no air conditioning and unbearably hot. We were forced to sleep with the windows and shutters open due to the constant parade of street cleaners of all kinds starting at 6 a.m. (gardeners, garbage collectors, municipal cleaning trucks). As for parking, it was the same story: we were promised a space throughout our stay, only to receive it two days before our departure. The manager told us there was space in the public parking lot directly opposite the residence, but forget about parking there—it's a real battle to find a spot! We were staying on the first floor, and a nauseating landlady left her apartment door constantly open, releasing unbearable stench of rotting corpses that forced us to hold our breath until we got back to our apartment. The dishwasher was supposedly broken because we shouldn't have changed the program? (Do you change the program at home? we were asked!) And of course, there was no information anywhere about this peculiarity. There are many problems in this residence; people do nothing but complain. I overheard a rather heated argument between the manager and an elderly gentleman who owned the place about the garbage; the atmosphere was far from peaceful. The Wi-Fi was also ancient. And I won't even mention the smell in the basement, a mixture of garbage and mustiness; in fact, the sheets and towels had the same odor. Those who give more than one star are masochists or are being paid, it's impossible, I only have one thing to say about this rental despite the beauty of the place, avoid it at all costs!!!!!

Excellent amenities, air conditioning in every room, plenty of space. Friendly service. Thank you so much. Nous amois France. We love France ����

You couldn't sleep with the door open because of the noise from the street, so it was very hot to sleep
