It makes you wonder if the owners are the ones leaving positive reviews. The apartment is very old, from the 70s. No renovations whatsoever, a very strong musty smell, a moldy fridge, the shower grout is the same, and the ceiling is falling apart. And it's very expensive for such a huge disappointment. It's shameful to rent out such places. Avoid at all costs.

We had booked a week, from July 11th to 18th, but we only ended up spending one night at this residence. It was impossible for us to continue our stay under such conditions. We therefore left the day after our arrival.

The only positive point was the kindness and professionalism of the receptionist, who alone deserves the single star in this review.

On the other hand, apartment #31 is extremely outdated and clearly lacks maintenance. Upon arrival, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with numerous cobwebs and many mosquitoes. The air inside was heavy, humid, and almost unbreathable, probably due to a lack of ventilation.

The bedding was also very uncomfortable, which only compounded our disappointment.
We are extremely disappointed by this experience. The price is simply outrageous considering the services offered. We unfortunately do not recommend this residence.

A quiet, well-landscaped residence in a great location near a small beach.

The only problem is that the accommodations are a bit dated and run-down.

And the shower cubicle in our rental was very dirty, as were the walls.

A very pleasant residence with a unique sea view. The panorama is magical, both of the sea and the rich red wines.
