Es el tercer año que vamos, muy recomendable. Camas cómodas, apartamentos limpios, servicio de guardaeskis incluido (cada apartamento tiene asignado su propio armario), piscina con dos jacuzzis, sauna, etc. Las pistas de esquí están a 5 minutos en bus, que es gratuito. Admiten animales :)

A first for me at this really lovely resort.

The residence is superbly located, just steps from the center and close to small shops for essentials. There are some pretty good activities for everyone.

The residence is really great; it has everything: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a spa area with a very pleasant relaxation room. There's a gym, but I didn't have time to use it. Everything is tested several times a day. The children's play area in the reception area is also very nice, with complimentary drinks. Board games are also available.
The residence is truly comprehensive in terms of facilities and services; everything is really there. My daughter and I also enjoyed a very pleasant 45-minute treatment each. I highly recommend it, but I would have preferred a longer treatment for an even more complete experience. Sophia is incredibly efficient, offers excellent advice, and is very pleasant. We both left feeling completely relaxed. All the staff are friendly and very responsive. The biggest negative point for us was the cleanliness of the accommodation, hence the one-star deduction; otherwise, we would have given it five stars. We received an unclean apartment. The cleaning process started but was clearly not finished. We clearly have different standards of cleanliness: dirty appliances, dirty dishes, dust everywhere, and linens found under the bedding between the mattresses. There was also dust under the bed, but it wasn't a week old. We complained to reception, who were very responsive. We received several apologies from different people and a gesture of goodwill, which was truly appreciated. I really think this aspect of the cleaning needs to be addressed. Even mid-stay, what should have been done upon our arrival was not rectified at all, as promised, and we tested this ourselves. Unfortunately, two of our personal kitchen utensils were likely taken by the cleaning staff. We didn't find them when we left the apartment, and they weren't in our suitcases after several checks.

Otherwise, we will gladly return because despite this issue, it is truly a superb residence with everything you need and a really pleasant and attentive staff.

My opinion is very mixed.

The rooms are perfect, and the location is great too.

However, the pool and spa are a different story…
The facilities are excellent, but the crowds are disastrous. After 4 pm, it becomes a public swimming pool; children and parents jump in, making it impossible to enjoy without getting splashed or jumped on. There are at least 10 people per spa, so it's impossible to actually use it. Only the relaxation room at the back is quiet, and even then, only about half the time.

Hopefully, things will improve in the future!

A clean and quiet residence, ideally located in the resort. Everything is within walking distance. A well-equipped 8-person apartment. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the range of services offered is a real plus. We will possibly return.
