Magnífico apartamento en un bonito entorno y personal amable y simpático disponible para cualquier duda o consulta. La piscina un plus para los días lluviosos.

Si bien el lugar es hermoso y te conectas con la naturaleza y tranquilidad, tiene algunas cuestiones:

⛔El Internet es PÉSIMO, para que te des una idea, no podes subir una foto a las redes sociales. Si querés internet de mejor calidad, tenés que abonar 8€.

⛔ Llegue un domingo a la tarde, el área de recepción estaba cerrada porque están hasta el mediodía. Resulta que para acceder a mí lugar, necesitaba una clave para abrir un caja fuerte y agarrar la llave a mí nombre. Todo esto, me lo dijo un huésped, que gentilmente me abrió la caja y me dio la llave. Si no hubiese sido por él, tenía que dormir en el auto o buscar otro lugar para pasar la noche.
Por parte del hotel, Nunca recibí las instrucciones ni muchos menos la clave.

⛔La opción del desayuno no es desayuno como tal, es decir el café, jugo de naranja con las cosas para acompañar. Sino que se trata de los breads (están lo mismo que en una pastelería).

⛔El lavaplatos funciona mal, no solo no lava sino que además salta la pastilla con lo cual las cosas quedan con mal olor.

⛔Si bien el tamaño del departamento está muy bien y tiene todo que necesitas para cocinar, está bastante arruinado. En la mesita del living sobresale una maderita, me lástima el tobillo pasando por ahí.
En la cocina estaba apoyado otra madera, que también se cayó.

Comodo y tranquilo con niños. Ideal como campamento base para visitar los lugares del desembarco de todas las playas. Justo en Juno Beach.

Very nice, clean residence with a beautiful pool. Well suited for family vacations with children. Close to the sea and close to the city center. The team is great, nothing to complain about.

The Résidence Le Chant des Oiseaux has become our unmissable annual meeting. Every year, when we need to really disconnect, to take some time for ourselves by the sea, we spontaneously think of this place.

Everything is there for a perfect stay: cleanliness, calm, comfort, proximity to everything. It is a real pleasure to return there, and what makes the experience even more beautiful is the welcome and professionalism of Xavier, always passionate, always attentive. A real guide to discover the region, whether you are a couple, a family, with young children or teenagers: he always has the right advice and good addresses to share.
For services, you can simply order and have them come to you...
This year we also discovered the production of the oyster producer located a stone's throw from the residence..."Aux regales de l'Île Benoist" (see photo)... they have a restaurant... On our next visit, we will go.

The on-site swimming pool is nice and you can also uncheck and get back to basics by sharing moments with board games...

Special mention also to the whole team who we don't see but who contribute to the quality of the stay.

We don't even count our visits anymore but one thing is certain, each stay is a real pleasure, and it's not about to stop.

(And I admit… I still hesitated to share this opinion, for fear that the address would become too popular ?)
