The Cap Esterel complex is located in a very scenic location. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The young people at reception are, without exception, friendly, approachable, and extremely helpful. The same applies to the cleaning staff. We felt extremely comfortable in our room thanks to the care provided there. The only thing that could be improved by slightly firmer mattresses was the beds. That's complaining at a high level, as all other points outweighed it.
We only had breakfast at the partner restaurant once. We didn't find it high-quality enough for the price of €16. We found the selection sparse and unambitious. The racks for trays with used dishes on the terrace and in the breakfast room were very annoying. Thanks to a kettle in the room and shopping options on site, we took care of ourselves.

A very bad experience at the Pierre et Vacances de l'Esterel!
The apartment was very dirty and infested with bedbugs.
On the first and last night, my children were literally bitten from head to toe!
The reception staff couldn't care less, and re-letting them was obviously not an option.
The apartment next door was also infected...
This is a good sign for the future!!
An 800km round trip over a weekend, and 15 days of booked vacation gone up in smoke!

Nous souhaitons apporter une précision importante concernant votre commentaire. Il ne s’agissait pas d’un séjour dans une résidence Pierre & Vacances. Notre établissement est composé de chambres et non d’appartements, et aucun cas de punaises de lit n’a été constaté dans nos hébergements.

Vous avez séjourné dans une location externe, indépendante de Pierre & Vacances. Vous vous êtes effectivement présenté(e) en réception afin de demander un relogement gratuit, ce que nous ne pouvions accepter puisque vous n’étiez pas client(e) chez nous.

Nous tenons à rassurer nos vacanciers : la qualité, la propreté et le confort de nos hébergements restent notre priorité.

We are currently on vacation in the hotel, our room is spacious, very clean, the bedding very comfortable, the furniture sober decoration with taste. The view is just magnificent, with the possibility of having breakfast with a breathtaking sea view ... at the holiday village, as soon as you arrive you park your vehicle in a free parking lot, everything is very well indicated. In the heart of the village you can eat, there are several restaurants, a bakery, a mini-market, an ATM, bars, a beauty salon, shops .... in terms of activities there is something for everyone. Small downside but which is unfortunately not the fault of Pierre et Vacances, the deckchairs at the swimming pool which are difficult to find, this is due to the lack of respect of certain people who arrive at the opening of the swimming pool and appropriate the deckchairs for the day, they go to lunch and leave their belongings ..... in summary I highly recommend the Pierre et Vacances village of Saint Raphaël and in particular the hotel. You can go there with your eyes closed
