A warm welcome awaits you, and the highly professional team is responsive.
The residence's location is facing the sea, with a very pleasant view.

Zero service; the only contact was regarding the deposit!
Step to the balcony about 50cm
Bathroom with rusty bathtub. Balcony window can only be opened and closed with the sofa bed folded up. No closets for personal belongings, already occupied by inventory.

The photos published on the website are misleading.
The building is dilapidated and visually very shabby. It's the ugliest building in Bénodet and gives a poor image of this beautiful town.

Superb view of the beach from our balcony, decent temperature, 1 grey day out of 9, the studio too small, no high extractor, fridge too small, children's beds in the entrance hall not pleasant! The restaurants are decent, especially the one on the beach, perfect ;), the ice cream at the Bankize establishment is excellent!!!
