Perdí mis airpods en la habitacion. Tras muchos esfuerzos de Marianna, la recepcionista, conseguí que me los mandaran a casa. El servicio de recepcion es muy amable y atento.

Fuimos con un grupo de medicina de 300 personas y el trato fue increíble, además de las instalaciones y la ubicación. Muchas gracias. Muy recomendable.

Weeks before arriving, I specified that I did not want to have a studio at the level of the street lamps on the road side (they light up all night and wanting to sleep on the sofas with a view of the mountains it is impossible to see the view because of the glare from the street lights). I come every year. Upon check-in, I am told that this is the only studio left: a studio on level 1 with literally the road in front of the accommodation. Allan the great receptionist allowed us to have an upgrade (not free obviously) to the 8th floor with balcony. Fortunately because there were nights where drunk people were singing and fighting...around 3 a.m. and not just one night.
