We stayed in an apartment on the ground floor. Clean apartment, functional kitchen, clean sheets and towels. Ideal to spend 1 or 2 nights there but not a week. We were a couple with 2 children. The double bed is a sofa bed that creaks at the slightest movement, why not install double beds instead of the sofa?!

Otherwise pleasant staff and attentive if necessary. No more space in the hotel parking lot (paid) so we parked outside, quite a lot of space. The residence is well located and it is quite quiet. Fair price!

Very good stay in Saint Malo in the Ty Mat residence. 10 minutes by car from the ramparts, quiet location. Parking nearby. We recommend! The studios are well appointed, we were 3 adults 1 child, and we did not feel like we were crowded. The games room is nice. Studio equipped for cooking. Great!
