Primera vez en la vida que me encuentro un hotel/apartahotel en el que me tenga que hacer yo la cama. También es norma del hotel que antes de irte debes quitar las sábanas y llevar la basura a un cuarto de basuras en el sótano.

Además, la cama era un sofá-cama bastante incómodo.

Y el "parking" es descubierto y sin ningún tipo de vigilancia. Y puede pasar cualquier persona, ya que está abierto a peatones las 24h.

The accommodation is very well located, the comfort is adequate but there are two improvements to be made as soon as possible: change the mattress and provide accommodation with showers for older people in the future, as stepping over a bathtub can be dangerous.

Parking is far from the entrance, requiring a walk around to reach the accommodation.

Major drawback: the children's sleeping area is in the entrance – you have to cross this space to get to the toilet/bathroom and to enter/exit the accommodation.

Relatively quiet.
Well located for visiting Saint-Malo on foot.
