Nos hospedamos 5 personas este fin de semana. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado pero una lástima que hay un montón de hormigas dentro del apartamento sobre todo en la cocina.

A quiet residence, well-suited to families, couples, etc.

However, some common areas, such as the building elevator (Lavande), are dirty (paper, sand, pistachio shells), and the mirror has streaks.

The pool is pleasant but can get noisy quickly.

We had a problem with the Wi-Fi during our stay, but the staff was very responsive and found a solution. We recommend it, but with an effort to improve the cleaning of the common areas and to add more washing machines to the laundry room. Two machines is a bit insufficient, especially when one is out of order.

Ideally located between Antibes and Juan-les-Pins, and right on the seafront (5 minutes walk).
