The residence is in its original condition, the room is decent, with a view of the buildings opposite, but it is in a good location near the train station and shops, and the beach is 5 minutes away!

"We are absolutely thrilled with our experience at this residence! The value for money is simply fantastic. This is our third time there and we've been very satisfied each time. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away and provides a beautiful backdrop for our vacations.

The residence itself is very child-friendly and offers enough space for our family with two children, ages 7 and 9. The supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance, which is very convenient.

This year, the promenade has been beautifully renovated and now offers a wonderful setting for an evening stroll. The market on the promenade is also highly recommended; you can find many interesting things there.

We are very satisfied with the residence and the shopping options, and the prices are very good. We will most likely spend our fourth vacation there next year and can only recommend the residence!"
