The garage is extremely inconvenient, with a dangerous entrance for a large vehicle (SUV). The room is dusty on less-used surfaces and in less accessible areas of the floors, and the baseboards are dusty. A little extra attention from the cleaners would be enough; it wouldn't take up much time, especially if renting during the low season. The building still looks as it did in the 1980s, never modernized or renovated.

We stayed here last week for the 17th time.
The hosts were very welcoming. The residence is clean and quiet. I highly recommend this holiday spot, which is very close to the sea and shops.

Excellent stay in Saint-Raphaël with swimming in the Calanques of Antheor.

It's a real shame that bus line 21 only serves a few stops after August 31st.

Functional and very clean apartment, as was the entire residence. Charming and responsive staff if there were any problems. Impeccable bedding. I recommend this Promenade des Bains residence (very well located in Saint-Raphaël).
