Quiet street, but access to the underground parking is quite difficult as it's very narrow.
The 25m² apartment is a bit cramped for 4 people.
No balcony and a direct view of the neighboring building.
Accessing the bathtub is rather awkward, especially for older people, but that's common in all P&V residences.
The main air conditioning unit was broken and replaced with a very noisy and ineffective backup unit: set to 15°C, it was barely 25°C in the apartment... As a gesture of goodwill, they offered us free parking for the week (€66). A technician came out during our absence without prior notice to fix our air conditioning problem; that's almost unacceptable!

Fast elevator and immediate proximity to the beach and city center!
Comfortable bedding and plenty of storage.
Well-equipped kitchen... It just lacks a conventional oven.

I had a very pleasant stay at this residence. The welcome was warm and professional, and everyone on the team I encountered during my stay was always smiling and polite.

The residence is ideally located, just steps from the beach, the town center, and close to the train station, which is particularly convenient for getting around.
The accommodation was perfectly equipped with all the necessary utensils and everyday equipment. I also greatly appreciated the comfortable bedding: the mattress and pillows were very comfortable.
I had an excellent stay and I recommend this residence without hesitation. Thank you.
