The residence I booked is closed due to the lockdown. What should I do?

For holidays in mainland France, Martinique and Guadeloupe as well as certain residences in Spain (more details here), there is no need for you to take any action. You will receive a full refund (accommodation and services, if applicable).
- The refund will be made using the method you used to make the payment. If you paid with a bank card, the refund will be made via bank transfer. In other cases, we may request your bank details for other payment methods.
- If you paid for all or some of the reservation using a credit note, you will be refunded with a new credit note. If the remainder of the payment was made with a different payment method, this amount will be refunded via bank transfer. We may request your bank details. 

This request is processed manually by our teams. They are handling many thousands of files during this period. The processing time is two to three weeks. Thank you for your understanding.
