What is your compensation policy?

If your stay concerns a residence in metropolitan France or French West Indies during the period of confinement, please refer to this question.

For other cases, if you wish to cancel your stay in the event of a government decision restricting travel related to the Covid-19 preventing you from reaching your holiday destination:
- If your booking was made on or before 13th May, you are eligible for a voucher valid for 18 months from the issue date.
- If your booking was made on or after 14th May, you are entitled to a refund for the entire amount paid.
If you want to cancel your break for another reason, please refer to the general terms and conditions of sale for the holiday you booked.

Your booking has been cancelled because your residence or holiday village was closed due to the public health crisis and government recommendations:
- If your booking was made on or before 13th May, you are eligible for a voucher valid for 18 months from the date of issue. The voucher received is a legally regulated arrangement that applies to all tourism operators in these exceptional circumstances. The voucher is refunded if, after this time, it has still not been used.
- If your booking was made from 14th May onwards, you are eligible for a refund of the total amount paid. If you have received a voucher, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team to request a refund.
