What is your compensation policy?

For stays impacted by the lockdown in November 2020:

If your stay concerns a residence in mainland France, Guadeloupe or Martinique during the confinement period of November, please refer to this question.

For stays impacted by the lockdown in March 2020:

We managed the impacted reservations as follows:
- Reservations made before May 13, inclusive, you must receive a credit note valid for 18 months from the date of issue.
- Reservations made after May 14th inclusive, you must have received a refund of the full amount received.

Cancellations of stays for other reasons are treated with the application of our general conditions of sale, taking into account the rate you have booked.
