Well located near the beach.
The room was comfortable, although the duvet was a bit thin for late October.

However, it was incredibly noisy. From 7 a.m. onwards, it felt like a house party was in full swing.

So, if you want to relax in the afternoon, it's no better.

The breakfast buffet was decent, even if the sweet and savory items were mixed together.

We stayed for 3 nights in October 2025. The water was undrinkable.
A rather cold welcome when we arrived on Wednesday the 22nd.
In the evening, we used the bottled water provided in the room to make our herbal tea. The next day, neither room service nor the herbal tea bags had been refilled. We went to reception to ask for an explanation, and were met by the same person as when we arrived, who told us that the water in plastic bottles was only for brushing teeth and not for consumption, and that the water in cardboard packaging for tea, coffee, or herbal tea was not refilled during the stay.

This is quite surprising, given that the rate is not reduced.

The light on the terraces at night is not justified.
Otherwise, nothing to complain about: a generous breakfast, a pleasant and clean room.

The spacious room, the very comfortable bedding, the very complete breakfast, allowed us to have a very pleasant stay in Roses. We highly recommend this hotel, plus the location is great!

Not very happy with the service. I had booked two rooms because we were staying with friends, and the rooms were on different levels, even though the reservation was made in April. The hotel could have planned ahead. We used to come here, but now we don't, because this year again, we had a room near the elevator. It's so noisy that it feels like an airport.
The rooms are poorly insulated; you can hear everything...
The receptionist wasn't very pleasant that day!
Breakfast was very average compared to previous years. The scrambled eggs and fried eggs were cold.
The orange juice tasted like powder diluted in water.
