This accommodation is simply substandard. We have 2 children and yet we were placed in a studio in the part with the partying young people. From 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM the party was in the studio above, below and next to us.

We went to report it personally to the reception, at one point I even called twice during the night and the party continued. Beer cans, plates and pizza boxes flew off the balcony into the snow, but apparently that's normal. Nothing was done to stop it.

The studio downstairs even brought a large music box that was placed on the terrace for partying. When we called reception a second time, we were told that there was not much they could do.

A studio with a 4 burner hob but only 3 pans, very practical. Mold in the corners of the tiles near the bath and only vacuumed in months but never cleaned with water, a 10/10 for cleanliness and hygiene.

Doors with holes and a table that looks more like a cutting board than a table, a completely dilapidated studio.

If you are young and want to party, go here, but any other ski enthusiast should stay away. It is incomprehensible that this bears the name of Pierre et Vacances.

Great welcome, professional, smile, efficiency, perfect location and apartment situation. Pay attention to the maintenance of the building and common areas, and especially the signage and lighting of the ski room.

The only positive point is ski-in/ski-out access.
For the rest, prefer camping or any other accommodation. Unsanitary, dirty, much too old to rent at inexplicable rates.
In short, the perfect residence for Halloween and of course, no need for decoration, everything is in its own right.

Spacious terrace and living room. When we arrived it had not been cleaned properly, there were still dirty clothes from the previous one. There were 4 rooms, 2 okay rooms. 1 room with a bunk bed, the window was broken and closed with adhesive tape, a person of 1m 80 cannot lie stretched out in the bed. The 4th room was a disaster, it is a double bunk bed, the bed is from wall to wall, I am 1m62 and fit in the bed, but my friend who is 1m87 did not fit in the bed. There is a small path next to the bed with stairs, which takes up a lot of space and cannot be moved. So you only have a spot of 50cm x 50cm to stand up. There is no window in the room so hardly any fresh air!

Bedankt voor je uitgebreide feedback, Jacy. Wat jammer om te horen dat jullie verblijf niet vlekkeloos is verlopen, vooral wat betreft de netheid bij aankomst en de staat van de kamer.

We begrijpen dat het erg vervelend is om een accommodatie aan te treffen die niet proper schoongemaakt, en dat er zelfs nog spullen van vorige gasten aanwezig waren – dat hoort uiteraard niet zo te zijn. Ook de opmerkingen over de slaapruimte en het comfort nemen we mee. Het is belangrijk dat iedereen comfortabel kan slapen, ongeacht lengte of kamerindeling, en frisse lucht in de slaapruimte is uiteraard essentieel.

Hopelijk hebben jullie ondanks deze punten toch nog van de omgeving of andere faciliteiten kunnen genieten. Mocht je dit nog niet gedaan hebben, dan raden we zeker aan om dit ook te melden bij de receptie of via het klachtenformulier, zodat het team hier intern mee aan de slag kan.
