Overall good, nice sea views, clean, but lacks appliances except for a refrigerator. A kettle, coffee maker, or something similar would be nice.

Sin embargo, lamentamos profundamente cualquier inconveniente relacionado con los elementos disponibles en la habitación. Queremos mencionar que ofrecemos servicio de préstamo de electrodomésticos menores bajo petición en recepción.

Went to the Sky bar (10th floor) partly for the view, and to have a glass of wine in the company of good friends. Initially the service was "good"... got wine in plastic glasses, that's about it. When we were going to pay, "they forgot to come back with the change" which we pointed out, it took at least 10 minutes before anything happened.
We won't be coming here again

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room cleaning left much to be desired, as basic hygiene tasks were not properly performed during my stay. Furthermore, the pool and bar staff (especially a woman who served us at the Sky Bar) were unprofessional and unfriendly. Another negative point is the lack of available parking, and the very expensive parking options made my stay extremely difficult. I will not be staying here again and I do not recommend it.

I stayed at your Hotel El Puerto by Pierre Vacances in Fuengirola on the night of November 1-2, 2025, under my name (booked through Booking.com).

My companion and I checked in successfully at 7:00 PM, presenting our passports and registering in room 715.

However, upon returning to the hotel around 1:00 AM, the security guard intercepted us at the door with a very rude and arrogant attitude, questioning whether we had a room and stating that my companion had to register.

After giving him the room number and reminding him that we were both already registered, his manner was suggestive and contemptuous, making my companion—a foreign national—feel like she was being treated like an escort, which caused her to burst into tears.

I went to reception to express my dissatisfaction, but both the receptionist and the security guard downplayed the incident, literally saying that "it wasn't a big deal." Later, the security guard apologized, but in a rather insincere and inappropriate tone.

I requested a complaint form, and initially, I was given an internal hotel form, which had no legal standing. Upon noticing this, I asked for the official complaint form from the Andalusian Regional Government, which I then filled out and submitted.

I consider the treatment I received unacceptable. Besides being inappropriate, it reflects a discriminatory attitude and a serious lack of professionalism on the part of the night staff.
