It was very good. We were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. They should put a little more effort into dinner. Everything was very repetitive. The rooftop pool was great. There was only one problem: the elevators broke down due to a water leak. And we were on the seventh floor! The hotel staff were very attentive and very friendly.

Looking for a stay filled with scavenger hunts, epic waits, and bathrooms with no privacy? This is the place for you.

If you're up for adventure and enjoy testing your patience, this hotel is a dream come true. But if you're looking for even a modicum of comfort, especially if you're traveling with elderly people or those with reduced mobility, run for the hills. Our five-day stay was a true test of endurance.

The worst part, without a doubt, was the absolute chaos of the elevators. With two of the three machines out of service (as other guests confirmed, they'd been like that for days), management decided the best "solution" was to force everyone to use the service elevator.

Prepare to wait up to half an hour to go up or down. And do it in an area with absolutely no air conditioning, where the heat is stifling. The cleaning staff were forced to wait endlessly for guests to go up and down so they could work, overloading them with unnecessary stress. A round of applause for the reception and cleaning staff, who are lovely and weathered the storm, while the hotel manager has been hiding and hasn't shown his face at any point.

The "suite" (or how to sleep in a construction site): We requested a ground-floor room due to my brother's limited mobility and vertigo, and they put us on the fourth floor. Five days with the curtains drawn for fear of heights.

The bathroom of horrors: As if that weren't enough, the design is appalling. The bathroom is so tiny that the sink is connected to the bed area; if you turn on the nightlight, you'll wake everyone who's sleeping. And, of course, the icing on the cake: the door separating the toilet and shower was made of glass and didn't close. If you share a room, be prepared for no visual, acoustic, or olfactory privacy. Everything that happens in there can be heard and smelled from the bed.

To top it all off, the towels felt like coarse sandpaper, and the mattresses and pillows were practically begging to be retired. And the rooftop pool? The less said about it, the better: murky water and a line of grease accumulating on the inner railing was downright disgusting.

In short: a wonderful place if you want to pay to be sweltering, wait in line for half an hour, and have absolutely no privacy in the bathroom. We wouldn't be back even if they paid us.

The best thing about it is the location.
The worst thing is almost everything else.
The pool is cloudy and there are almost never any sun loungers.
Only one elevator works in one of the towers, the breakfast buffet is acceptable, and the dinner buffet has little variety.

The hotel facilities are a bit outdated and have many defects: broken air conditioners, a strong musty smell in the rooms, and don't even get me started on the elevators—half of them are out of order, with queues of up to 20 minutes to get on!
The cleaning service leaves much to be desired! To begin with, they pretend to clean, but all they do is make the bed, change the towels, and that's it. They don't even clean the bathroom. The only good thing is the food; there isn't much variety, but what little there is is tasty. However, they charge €3.90 for a 1L bottle of water. The pool water is green, and the railing inside is slimy and covered in crusty dirt! The beds and pillows are terrible; it's more comfortable to sleep on the floor. A real disappointment; I don't recommend it at all.
