Extremely dirty. The shower hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The lingering dirt was clearly visible. The toilet and floor were more of the same. Disgusting.

A rather disappointing hotel for the price. The cleanliness and insulation in the rooms are lacking. Its only strong point is its location, which is perfect; it's a shame about the rest.

The breakfast buffet was quite good. The room was very bad; you could hear absolutely everything: the elevator, people in the hallway, the people in the room next door making a skewer, etc. It's annoying that at 5:30 a.m., after 3 minutes of pleasure for the couple in the room next door, you can't sleep for two hours... A hotel recently renovated, I expected better soundproofing. The bed is made of springs and sleeps are terrible. The pillows are also horrible. The best thing is the location and the service. If you're looking for a relaxing break on vacation, this isn't the hotel for you.

Lamentamos profundamente que algunos aspectos de su estancia no alcanzaran las expectativas. Tras nuestra reciente renovación en abril de 2023, todas las ventanas cuentan con sistema Climalit para mejorar el confort acústico, y nuestro equipo está siempre disponible para ofrecer soluciones inmediatas durante la estancia.

Destacamos especialmente su mención a la ubicación privilegiada junto al paseo marítimo, ideal para disfrutar de los encantos de Fuengirola con total comodidad.

Esperamos contar con la posibilidad de volver a recibirle para brindarle una mejor experiencia.

We had a wonderful holiday there. The beach is just seconds from the hotel, and it's a pretty good beach. There are well-known restaurants to eat at very close by. It has an alehop practically inside the hotel, and the best thing is the hotel itself. The pool is at the very top, has a large sundeck, and a bar for cocktails and snacks, which is great. The waiters, as well as the floor staff, are brilliant. At reception, we were served by a lovely young lady. We went to spend 5 days and ended up paying to stay for another 5! The room is very nice. It's true that the bathroom doesn't have privacy, but we also had a terrace with a view of the port. Dogs are allowed, although you have to pay about €20 a day... Not even at the Hilton chain do they ever ask for that, and it's amazing. They give you a bottle to put food and water in, and a portable drinking fountain... The bathroom did give off a bad smell because the toilet water was leaking... But hey, because we didn't change rooms and with the view we had, we stayed there for quite a few days! And we will definitely come back! It's not noisy at night. The breakfast buffet is great, it has everything... The only thing is that there are people refilling the juices to take them to the beach and people touching the food, sucking their fingers, which we saw several times. They took my bag from the table where I was with my breakfast and left it on the floor, and a family showed up when there were more free tables because they wanted that spot... these things happen due to lack of staff. In other hotels there is a waiter just watching, but hey, the hotel is not to blame for the lack of education of the people who pass by, but they could have avoided it. The cleanliness in general is very, very good. There is a dog beach nearby at Castillo Beach, which is great.
